CSM12FB is a low capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS),Designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for data, control or power lines. The typical capacitance of CSM12FB is only 7pF, which is designed to protect parasitic sensitive systems from overvoltage and overcurrent transient events. It conforms to IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) standard (25 kV air, 25 kV contact discharge), IEC 61000-4-4 (Electrical Fast Transient-EFT)(40A, 5/50 ns), extremely fast charging equipment model (CDM)ESD and cable discharge events (CDE), etc.
