New product development (research and development of semiconductor discrete devices - circuit protection products)            

1. Chip development of discharge tube, rectifier tube and voltage stabilizing tube: design new products according to the market development task book, draw the layout, formulate detailed experimental process and process parameters, carry out sample streaming, product performance test and data analysis;            

2. Be responsible for the preparation and review of engineering documents at each stage of new product development;            

3. Coordinate, communicate and solve the issues related to new product development involving other departments;            

Department collaboration:            

1. Participate in the management of new product development;            

2. For products that have been transferred to mass production, assist in process analysis of online manufacturing problems from the perspective of product structure; 

3. Assist the quality department to analyze the product failure of abnormal products complained by customers; 

Participated in the research and development of circuit protection devices for more than two years, and has the ability to independently research and develop circuit protection products, such as transient voltage suppression diode (TVS), fast recovery diode, silicon controlled rectifier, discharge tube, rectifier tube, regulator tube power protection devices (mastering any one or several of them can be recommended)
