ASHxxE2U series transient voltage suppressor array, designed to protect protect applications such as computers, printers, business machines, communication systems and other applications. The rated power of this series is 350 W, which is suitable for 8/20μs waveform. It can also be used as a bidirectional suppressor by connecting pins 1 and 2 only. This series is packaged in SOT-23 with low leakage current.
